Beautiful and great place with great facilities. Amazing, good location next to the Metro and bus station as well as the bus terminal of both SAW and IST airport, nice stuff.

Perfect, clean venue with best possible location short walk to subway and istiklal street and the busstation. Caring staff, tastefully decorated and spotless room with balcony. Excellent service, parking nearby. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Very good stay, as always.

The terrace off the restaurant had a great vfm menu and a real buzz. Waiters are excellent - staff in general first class. Location great just off Taksim Square
The hotel offers free internet access but the wireless facility was not working properly most of the time. I gather this is a source of continual complaint. I almost moved hotels because of it. The fitness centre had limited equipment. The hotel was quite dated.

Lovely location, just a hop from everything. The room sparkled clean, and there was a fun little cleaning sign system I found out about only after asking. A quirky touch, but they could've mentioned it sooner!
The service was a bit like a surprise party-unexpected! And changing sheets while we were there? Gourmet drama, darling!

Location of the Hotel is near to Taksim square, the most famous place in Istanbul and the Hotel internet wifi was very good
Rooms is not well isolated, I was hearing the others talking in the next room and sure others were hearing me as well.

The hotel has a great fitness center, spa, and indoor pool. I really enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms. After a stressful day, the Turkish bath was perfect for unwinding. Felt fabulous after my massage!
